We are obsessed with espresso and chocolate! They’re strong flavors that pair well with cannabis infusions, so we never tire of new ways of incorporating them. We intended to create a grown up cookie flavor that everyone would appreciate and hit a home run with these. They have a rich intense chocolate flavor (ORGANIC, FAIRLY TRADED and SOY FREE!) with just a kiss of espresso (really deepens that chocolate, not sure if someone could pick out a “mocha” flavor if it wasn’t in the description), sprinkled with sea salt as the final touch – enjoy!
As always, we never add anything to extend shelf life, they’re flash frozen the day they’re baked! Freezing our cookies keeps a long expiration date and keeps them from drying out so consumers experience a soft, fresh baked texture and flavor upon a 15 minute thaw at room temperature. Once thawed, consumers should enjoy within 30 days or put back in the freezer.
