Mocha Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Be warned, we are obsessed with espresso and chocolate! They’re strong flavors that pair well with cannabis infusions, so we never tire of new ways of incorporating them. We intended to create a grown up cookie flavor that everyone would appreciate and hit a home run with these. They have a deep chocolate flavor without being too sweet! Keeping them frozen until ready to enjoy (15 minute room temp thaw makes them perfect!) lets you enjoy a fresh baked cookie without preservatives any time you like if you keep your freezer stocked (don’t use the refrigerator - baked goods in the fridge dry out)!
